Hi everyone! Are you having a hard time finding a really tasty gluten-free pasta for spaghetti?
I have a little secret to share, it’s chickpea pasta. I know, right? Chickpea pasta!
It is really tasty and very easy to make. Absolutely no gritty after taste, very healthy, holds up very well for leftovers too.
Barilla – Chickpea Rotini
This time I used two different sauces.
I mixed together two sauces, the Traditional Ragu Meat Sauce with the Classico Pasta Sauce
I added parsley, oregano, rosemary, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
I think it is most flavorful when you add your own seasonings.
As for the meat, I used 2 pounds of 93/7 (lean) hamburger meat
I purchased this handy, dandy, meat masher on amazon! It is so much easier than using a spatula or a wooden spoon. I have arthritis, it feels great in my hand.
